Spreading Islam one Hymen at a Time

Filed under: Culture, Immigration, Economics — admin @ 6:16 pm

I’ve said in the past that socialized medicine would significantly reduce the amount of actual medical care provided because there would be a great deal of rationing going on. In general I think that I am still right, but if you need a type of surgery that is tailored for a specific minority group then the surgery doors open right up. For example, British taxpayers funded two dozen hymen replacement procedures for Muslim women in 2005 and 2006.

Look into my eyes!

This doesn’t only happen in Britain. France has had to face this issue as well. Using taxpayer money to pay for something that surgically sidesteps a touchy cultural subject isn’t flying over that well because this surgery is a huge step backwards for feminism.

See, feminism has made it OK for women (and men) to have sex before marriage. Immigrant and native Muslim girls are embracing secularism and having sex at the same ages that their European counterparts are. The problem is obvious to anyone who knows what is going on in Europe; it’s becoming increasingly Islamic.

Islam, as it is currently situated, is still very traditionalistic and a bride’s lack of virginity is not accepted (forget frowned upon). So, what used to be a bell that could not be unrung (the loss of a girl’s virginity) can now be unrung with a little surgery and (sometimes) a little vial of fake blood. But the goodhearted liberals in Europe don’t want to foot the bill for something that is so seventh century.

Quite frankly this is just one more skirmish in this civilizational battle. It is not going to be won with bullets and bombs in Middle Eastern backwaters. It’s going to be won or lost in the streets of London, New York, Paris, Los Angeles, Berlin, and Chicago. Radical mosques funded by Saudi royalty are popping up all over the Western world. Islamic immigrants and the children of those immigrants are increasingly embracing radical Islam as they find out that Western cultures are weak and empty.

Do we really want to live in a culture that whips women for getting gang raped? “Oh, that’s ridiculous. You cannot be serious!” I’m sure that’s what some of you are saying. And in the next ten, fifty, or even one hundred years that specific thing probably won’t happen. But who would have thought they would have been paying for a new hymen for a nineteen-year-old twenty-five years ago? Probably not that many, if any of you, were thinking that.

And what if the authorities found out that a Muslim family performed a female “circumcision” on their daughters. Should we allow that mutilation to go on unanswered?

Our own sacred cow of multiculturalism is going to allow radical Islam to come in through the front door of our culture. We will continue to spend billions of dollars knocking down their actual front doors (do caves have front doors?) but we’re not protecting our own. If we want to continue our way of life we are going to have to make some very significant changes. And I’m not talking about limiting immigration.

Our country has some fundamental flaw(s) that prevent our people from embracing our own culture. The only way we are going to defeat radical Islam is if our culture defeats theirs. Scrapping multiculturalism in schools would be a step in the right direction but we need to do a lot more then that. What that “more” is I don’t know. It’s probably a wide array of things that needs to be done if our culture is going to win out.

Defeating radical Islamic culture in the West is, in my opinion, more important then the armed conflict. If we acquiesce our culture bit by bit then they will win. It’s the only way they can win, really. The question is do we have enough power to defeat their culture? I think we’ll find out once Americans realize we’re in a civilizational struggle with radical Islam. BigT

BigT’s Roundup - Weekend Ed. (10-20&21-07)

As some of you may know I have started a little activism on behalf of Red Eye W/ Greg Gutfeld. The show was moved back an hour to 3 am EDT, 12 am EDT, and that is just too darn late. And DVRing it is just not the same thing as seeing it live. So I started a petition (click to sign it here) and am hoping that this will help change Fox News’ mind about moving the show. From my point of view the move seems to be a slow bleed method of canceling the show. They better not or else, or else, um, I guess I’ll just stop watching the channel altogether.

SAVE RED EYE!

(The Gut)

SAVE RED EYE!

(Courtney Friel, one of many hotties on the show nightly)

Another embattled person in the news is Harry Reid. Foolishly he locked horns with the maha Rushie over the “phony” soldiers non-scandal. He called on Rush’s broadcasting partner to punish Rush and called Rush unpatriotic in the letter he sent. Well, that was a while ago and in the meantime Rush turned that letter into the biggest charitable auction, by far, in eBay’s history. All is well on our side because the Marine Corps - Law Enforcement Foundation is going to get over $4.4 million (Rush is going to match the winning bid) and “Dingy” Harry Reid has energized the conservative base.

It seems that he has also energized forces within his own state of Nevada against him as well. Nevada, inexplicably to me, have voted this guy in year after year. Maybe that was OK when he wasn’t the leader of the Senate for his party but things have changed. Reid is now the face of the kookosphere in the senate and Nevadians are noticing.

Sherman Frederick in the (Las Vegas) Review Journal has written an opinion piece that explains the shaky ground that Mr. Reid stands on now in his home state. According to Mr. Frederick Reid’s negatives within the state are now 51% and the amount of support Reid enjoys in his state has plummeted to 32% (2% below President Bush’s favorable ratings to put it in context).

Let me spell out Harry’s problem. No one can win a statewide race in Nevada on a platform that appears anti-military, anti-family, anti-marriage, anti-religion, anti-free speech, pro-illegal immigration, pro-abortion, and pro-taxation. While Harry isn’t all of that personally, he clearly projects elements of them all when he’s doing the bidding of his party on the national stage.

Nevada is definitely a center-right state. Harry Reid panders to a base that is somewhere closer to Stalin. The next time the voters of Nevada will get a chance to kick him out of office is in three years, so a lot can change. And I think a lot will change in the house and senate if a democrat (code for Hillary) gets elected. Can anyone say 1994?

Can anyone say circulation numbers? Yes, the New York Times is in a tailspin because they spin more then a nuclear centrifuge in Iran. One of their chief circulation killers is Paul Krugman and in The Conscience of a Liberal, a piece written for the NY Times by David Kennedy, we find out why he stops circulation faster then a heart attack:

In our time, Krugman argues, the malefactors of megawealth have triumphed. He recites the now-familiar data that the wealthiest 0.01 percent of Americans are seven times richer than they were three decades ago, while the inflation-adjusted income of most American households has barely nudged upward. Chief executives who typically earned 30 times more than their average employee in the 1970s now take home more than 300 times as much. The American plutocracy, Krugman concludes, “have become rich enough to buy themselves a party” — and readers are left in no doubt which party we’re talking about.

First, I would would have to say that it just doesn’t matter. Sure, the megawealthy are uber-loaded but I would also have to say that, correcting for inflation of course, everyone’s lives have improved in America as well. There are more homes with modern amenities then ever before. Most homes have air conditioning, multiple cars, and an X Box. That is a heck of a lot more then a chicken in every pot. As long as we’re talking about chickens it would seem that most Americans are eating too much of the fried variety of this food. We’re a nation of overweight tubs of excess. Who cares if Bill Gates has his own zip code as long as my waste encompasses a zip code all by itself?

Secondly, and finally, CEOs and Chairman’s of the Board do a lot more then they use to. The amount of knowledge executives must have is mind boggling. And do you know how much work it takes to maintain and retain that knowledge? It’s a hell of a lot. They have to work a dozen-plus hours a day to achieve the salaries they are paid. Sure, point to Robert Nardelli and Home Depot. Maybe there are mistakes but our system punishes those mistakes severely (I should know seeing how I own Home Depot stock, sigh). And for every Home Depot you point to I can point to hundreds of businesses who are making more money thanks to their creative CEOs. Maybe Mr. Krugman’s idea of a CEO is warped because he happens to work for one who has heralded in an age of paucity for a one-time media megalith.

I wonder what all those NY Times failures think about the right wingers taking over a bunch of countries in Europe. Germany, France, and now Switzerland (well, they increased their lead).

The right-wing Swiss People’s Party (SVP) is set to consolidate its position as the alpine nation’s most popular grouping in a parliamentary election on Sunday, outstripping its rivals after a provocative campaign.

Polling booths in Switzerland are due to close around midday (11 a.m. British time). A large proportion of Swiss ballots are cast by mail in advance of election day. The first estimated national result is due at around 1900 local time (6 p.m. British time).

According to the last opinion poll conducted before the election, the People’s Party are expected to win 27.3 percent of the vote, a slight increase over 2003 when they raced to the top of the polls amid accusations of xenophobia.

Xenophobia, by the way, is now considered to be any effort to deport alien criminals or the black sheep. What? Black sheep is too provocative? Judge for yourself, look at the picture.

All I’ve got to say is that this immigration campaign pales in comparison to libs throwing Oreos on stage because a black republican was speaking. “The nerve of that evil black republican, he should know what his views are supposed to be.” Says the liberal. “And the nerve of those race-baiting Swiss right wingers!” Again, the liberal.

Criminal aliens need to be deported because living in a country of your choosing is not your right, its a privilege. If they were born in that country that would be a different story. But moving to a new country implies you have to live up to some standards. If you can’t meet those standards then hasta la bye bye.

One last thing before the Linkapalooza; the media is trying to hype up the Mormon issue in this presidential season. They see Romney as a threat and will do whatever they can in their power to create the doubt in voter’s minds that Mormons are untrustworthy scum. But there is still hope out there. While acknowledging the media’s narrative about how Evangelicals are untrustworthy of Romney because of his faith a story in The Hill reported that he received a warm welcome at one of his speeches.

Despite that 800-pound gorilla in the packed ballroom, Romney was well received by the socially conservative Evangelical crowd.

The former governor stuck to a discussion on family values, discussing all of the religious rights greatest hits.

Romney talked about what he sees as the importance of two-parent homes, the threat of gay marriage and his anti-abortion rights stance.

[and]

Romney scored points during his evening address, saying as president he would “champion” a constitutional amendment outlawing gay marriage, something former Sen. Fred Thompson (Tenn.) and Sen. John McCain (Ariz.) did not commit to earlier in the day.

“A federal marriage amendment is the only way we can protect marriage from liberal, unelected judges,” Romney said to big applause.

Maybe his religion is a problem for some people. It never was for me and I seriously doubt it is a problem for even a slim minority of republican voters. Republicans don’t vote for people because they represent a certain faith or have a certain amount of pigmentation on their skin or because they have the correct anatomy. We vote for people based on their ideas and how much we think they’re going to limit the growth and the power of government. Still, I’m for Fred.

BigT’s Linkapalooza:
Hogwarts’ Master is under the spell of another dude.
Ahmadinejad’s 11,000 bombs coming to a base near you!
19 tons of explosives found in Iraq.
Hollywood’s new idea, vampires, scores big at box office.
“Hot for Teacher” is this nation’s public school anthem, look at the picture of sexual abuses in schools (the darker the more abuses).

HOT FOR TEACHER!

And, please, sign the SAVE RED EYE W/ GREG GUTFELD petition. It’s your duty. BigT
